Advantage CPR Instruction offers training in the latest American Heart Association guidelines for CPR, which means you are always learning the most up to date methods in CPR and First Aid. Class participants feel confident after just a few hours in our CPR and First Aid classes. Students not only learn CPR, but also how to prevent, recognize and treat injured victims who are choking, severely bleeding, suffering from burn injuries, asthma emergencies, heat stroke, hypothermia and many other frequent home and workplace emergencies.

2. Be confident the first time

Accidents are never planned. During emergencies, CPR-First Aid training on mannequins prepares you for real-world cardiac emergency response. Each student has their own mannequin and receives plenty of time to practice CPR until they are confident with the skills they have learned.

3. Each second of CPR counts

According to EMS statistics, it takes around 8 minutes or more on average in Northern Nevada for medical help to arrive. It takes 10 minutes before the human brain dies due to oxygen deprivation. According to AHA statistics, after 5 minutes irreversible brain damage occurs, but CPR extends precious time.

4. Excellent Instructors

Our CPR-First Aid and Safety training instructors are American Heart Assocation and EMS Safety certified. Additionally, learn from our CPR-First Aid training instructors real-world experience as healthcare providers, first responders, paramedics and firefighters.

5. Convenient Class Scheduling

We provide CPR-First Aid training for individuals as well as groups. We teach mornings, afternoons and evenings. Private classes can be taught in the convenience of your home or office. Several public classes are also available monthly at easily accessible locations. You may include Pediatric CPR, Adult CPR with AED and/or First Aid with any of our CPR classes.
