Basic CPR Course
Our “hands on” live cpr training class includes Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) for adult, child and infants; Rescue breathing techniques, airway obstruction & choking prevention, Basic description of physiology & anatomy of the heart & lungs, Recognition & treatment of emergencies such as heart attacks, strokes, seizures, blood borne pathogen & personal protection equipment & good samaritan laws.
First Aid Training
Our “hands on” first aid training class includes instruction on scene survey, recognizing the signs and symptoms of sudden illness, shock or injuries. Methods of treating patients with injuries: controlling bleeding, bandaging, splinting, transporting patients, treating victims for shock. Triage principles & legal aspects of providing first aid.
