Cancellation Policy: If you have reserved a spot in one of our classes and are unable to make it, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance so that we may fill your spot. If less than 48 hours notice (or no notice) is given, ACI reserves the right to charge you the full amount of the class.

Private Class Cancellation Policy: For Private CPR and OSHA 10 / 30 hour classes a minimum of $200.00 per day will be charged when given less than 48 hours.
