First Aid-CPR Class Policy

Our policy is to satisfy all of our customers. To ensure customer satisfaction when scheduling classes on the dates requested, we require that all class cancellations be done 48 hours prior to the scheduled class. Deposits will be applied toward a future class only if the class is canceled prior to 48 hours.

Our clients will be held responsible for the number of participants that was confirmed to participate in the class. ACI must be notified of any changes in the number of participants within 48 hours of the class. Otherwise you will be billed for the number confirmed.
